Remodeled in 2022, this penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms spread over the top two floors of the building. Upstairs Master: King bed + couch bed, large patio, mini kitchen, and stunning ocean views from your private balcony Downstairs Master: King bed (which can be converted into two twin beds for flexibility) Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, perfect for kids or friends Other amenities include: Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher Dining area with seating for 8 Projector for movie nights and a large screen TV in every room Direct, private access to the beach Pool with the option to heat for an additional 700 pesos ($35 USD) per day (helps keep rental rates affordable) Beach toys for kids (pool floaties, sand toys) and stand-up paddle boards for adults One parking spot (availability may vary during peak seasons, such as Christmas and Easter Week) Check-in & Check-out Flexibility: We understand that travel plans don’t always align perfectly, so we offer flexible check-in and check-out times whenever possible. These adjustments are based on the schedule of new guests and the time needed for cleaning, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
